put filler in the big cracks, then sand smooth(im going to fill the speaker holes too. i got kick panel speakers) this foam will help with the smoothing too- NativeRyder

need the foam, foam gives it the deefinition and curves. or else it would look pretty boxy. and i just used a paint scraper to get the vinyl off. some spots of chunks of foam ripped off, but i got lots of foam.- NativeRyder
