I was looking on the LMC Truck website for cab mounts and saw that they have different rear cab mounts for 81-83 and 84-87 trucks. I'm putting an 83 cab on an 85 frame, so this has me wondering what set to get? Is the difference in the cab or the frame that would require something to change in the rear cab mount? Thanks for the help.

I believe the rule is use the cab mounts for the year frame you are using.

You may want to check the Holley/Brothers clearance site if you haven't bought your hardware yet. Looked like some good pricing that was on there for cab mount bushings and bolts. I bought a set for 73-80 and also 81-87 from there combined for $145.

Are they rubber or poly? I'm looking at the site and don't see it listed.

I have not even looked at what I've purchased but I'm sure that they're the OE rubber replacements. I'm going to check the site again now but I can check my receipt when I get home this evening as well.

They’re still on there.
