Also worth at least 15 hp.That's just a rollerized body shim. Very fancy
I have the radiator mount bushings but only 3 cab lift pucks. When I removed the cab from the body-lifted k30, there was one rusty bolt that just would not release the puck. You're welcome to them if you'll send me a box.Speaking of which, does anyone have a body lift they've removed and don't need anymore? I need the front cushions in particular but I could use all four cab cushions.
Did you put on dual cats as well before mufflers? I'm wondering if we could just do dual cats and no mufflers with 2.5" pipe.I have dual Magnaflows on The '87 and they sound very similar to the Thrush Turbo Mufflers we had on Dad's '77 GMC back in the very early '80s. I don't love them but I do like them.
So, you cleaned up and are going to repaint?Color changed the emblem, gonna add some orange as well when I get to painting the rest of the fenders and tailgates. I used a disposable plastic eye dropper to move the left over paint from my spray gun disposable cup.
Very creative. Love it.Anyone else get sidetracked on something, I like to call them sidequests making a cup holder while I wait on more parts I'm only $2.50 in it for the cups and like making junk from different junk so here it is lol
I already repainted those parts in the picture. The white used to be the dull greenish-yellow GM color. So, you cleaned up and are going to repaint?
I’m planning to do something with the hump similarly but still haven’t thought it out completely yet.Anyone else get sidetracked on something, I like to call them sidequests making a cup holder while I wait on more parts I'm only $2.50 in it for the cups and like making junk from different junk so here it is lol
Wired an indicator light into the electric fan circuit to show me when the radiator fans were energized. Ended up making a mounting bracket out of a left over piece of aluminum angle and painting to match. The light appears much brighter in the photo than it really is.
Did something similar years ago to my 57 Chevy, only wired the fan circuit into the unused “GEN” light in the instrument panel. Just like knowing when the fans are on.
Looks like I need to get gas. Again.

Thanks, actually looks much better than the pictures. A little bit of paint spilled over the edge which I used a razor blade to easily remove.I zoomed in. Clean, looks good.
