Does anyone know a source or have any NOS Rally wheel center cap inserts (1977 style)? I'm looking for the reddish brown background bowtie ones. I see there are the black background ones available. Picture below for reference. Cheers!

I always thought the red-ish brown was just faded black?
77 was some anniversary year and got the yellow band for the trim and one year colors for the rear caps. Even back in the day the parts people at the dealership did not know about them. No repops I know of, but maybe someone else here does.

All of the ones I have are faded a similar color, iirc.

I also just noticed that the cap in the picture is an earlier one that bolts on from the backside of the rim. I thought they bolted on from the front in '77. Not sure though.

77 was the last year for the bolt from the rear center caps. They were a reddish brown originally and would fade to orange then yellow. My father's '77 van had them on it. I recently found an almost matching van in awesome shape - but someone had peeled the reddish faded ones off and put the more common reproductions on. I was hoping to find the originals as the reddish/brown goes great with the '77 brown van :) I found a few people that use to have NOS ones, but sold them all. Thanks all!

ps. I think the 77 pickups, vans, and 77 spirit of America impala all had those center caps.

Yeah, I'm going to need pictures of this '77 van, lol. I love vans. I had a '78 years ago... shouldn't have sold it.

Your Van looks great for a 1977 living in the rust belt! Don't worry about the wrong center cap decals. You may be the only person that knows they are wrong, oh, plus some of the 34,000 members here you just told. :waytogo:

Awesome van! In the late 70s, I had a 74 G20 LWB window van. It wasn't a Beauville, but I got a pair of Beauville high-back bucket seats from a van conversion shop. Drove that sucker all over the West and Southwest. I could haul two full-size dirt bikes behind the second row seat. Had a heavy curtain behind that seat so the A/C could cool the front of the van.

I'm still on the hunt for those original decals - if anyone knows of anyone who has NOS chevy parts from the 70s let me know!

1977 was GM's 50th anniversary, is what I always heard about the gold stripes in the trim.

If you could get a clear picture of them, you likely could get some decals made that would be correct or darn close. There's so many good vinyl guys these days
