Needing some help...
I have a Hydroboost system installed and now have possibly stripped out return side line on the unit itself...My question is what is the best way to repair?

I'd need to see a pic. Never messed with hydroboost so don't know the depth you have to work with. What does come to mind is helicoil 18mm×1.5 or 16mmx1.5 also loctite makes a product called stripped thread repair,not cheap,but Torque after cure would be 30 lbs on16mm I'd guess around 40 on 18mm IDK what hydroboost fittings torque to.Amother thing I'd investigate,again IDK you'd be doing your own research,but I'd see if there was enough material to tap for maybe an npt to A&N fitting or straight thread with oring to A&N and change out the one fitting.
