Hey im a young guy wanting to get what i believe to be a 1982 c30 custom deluxe srw running and back on the road its got a 350 that has sat for several years just wondering how to go about get it running

Welcome from Austria. That project truck needs a lot of love, work and $$$.
Have you watched Vice Grip Garage or similar stuff on Youtube? Good examples how to get old abandoned cars running again.
He resurrects a few Squarebodies too.

If you want to drive it home you should check if the engine and brakes are stuck. If no: Good.

You need fuel, spark, no vacuum leaks, brakes, steering, transmission, brake lights and tires that hold air.

Ok thanks the truck was running when parked so i thinking that it should be decent for things like brakes but i may need to adjust/bleed them

Youtube channels like junkyard digs are more informative than channels like vice grip. Then there's the small guys that do in depth videos on certain subjects
