Those rims are probably only 8 inches wide, but have very little backspacing. Notice how much of the brake drum is visible.
Also with only 4 inches of lift, you're going to need rusty fenders to steer that, or trim the fenders if they aren't rusted away.

I would keep your tires tucked inside your fenders. @squaredeal91 has some good advise. Otherwise your truck will look like a mall crawler...

The front ends poke with stock everything with rally wheels, so anything more dished or wider will poke a lot. The rears don't poke unless you've got wide wheels or spacers. Front compared to back axle track width is 3 inches, 1.5 inches on each side.
Ive never rubbed on 4 inch suspension and 1 inch body lift. 33x12.50 or 35x12.50 15's.
You'd be safe with 33's on a 4 inch on stock or similar spec wheels.

True 35s (IE new mud tires) barely don’t rub on a 5” K20 lift with 20x9 at 4” BS.
If you’re looking to actually fit a big tire and positive offset wheel on the front of a square without an abnormally large lift compared to what you’d expect, you need to relocate the front axle forward.
6” lift on a K10 with brodozer mall crawler rims and 35s I’d estimate will barely work but better not hit a bump with the wheels turned or it’ll rub.
