I’m putting a 4” lift on my 84 k10. My questions are should I put an offset drag link or a drop pitman arm, or both? Starting the restoration with the frame so I was just curious what would be the best option. I’m replacing all bushings, all tie rod ends, adding dual shock stabilizers as well. Didn’t want to spend the money on a crossover deal. Thank y’all God Bless.

I’d go with the dropped pitman arm.

I’m interested to hear theories which is better. Drop Pittman or drag link.
I don’t have a lot of experience with lifted solid axle trucks. But they’ve all had drop Pittman arms.
But offset drag link seems just as solid for strength and geometry.
