Correction… the truck in your pics is a Single Headlight spec. Dual Headlights refer to 2 Headlights stacked on each side. High & Low beams.- FireTruck1984

Grill and head light bezels -'81 K20 Silverado
Yes, a lot of the aftermarket grilles are low quality. I did recently have good luck with an ‘85 from Truck Shop… The chrome bezels only look good when matched with chrome grilles. And like any chrome plated plastic, you have to be gentle when cleaning, never any abrasive compounds.- FireTruck1984

Rims won't fit on rear with drums.
A small spacer would solve your problem, but use longer studs to be safe. Those rims must be made to fit a different style drum.- FireTruck1984

1981 Tailgate Band Holes location
I’ve discovered that the aftermarket tailgate bands are made by a few different manufacturers, and the location of the threaded clips aren’t always exactly the same. I would take careful measurements from your band and transfer them to the tailgate. It’s what I did when I added a band to a truck...- FireTruck1984
