I used a motorcycle jack it makes it a lot easier

I can do them by myself,no jack if they are empty. If you are using new tanks new straps new brackets leave the straps just barely...

Paint a horizontal white stripe on each resting spring so you can count the turns on each side while winding, not a bad idea to wear...
