0411 pcm labels? how to order the correct one without using a vin number?
not sure, i have an extra 0411 pcm somehow in my collection of stuff, if you need any numbers off of it let me konw. it was most likely off of a 5.3 4l60e DBC are you sure the express vans had 5.7 ls1? and not 5.3...... or 6.0...? never heard of a van with 5.7 from memory, the PCM only matters...- 87chevy_com

Squishy brakes
when bleeding the brakes, are you using the combo valve centering tool, it keeps the valve centered when bleeding the brakes. it may shift one side causing a brake issue. what rear caliper did you use, are the brake nipples not pointed up when they are installed? maybe look into hydroboost...- 87chevy_com

R12 recharge from high side?
when you charge the car, it should be inverted anyway, where the hose that is feeding the car or a/c machine is on the bottom. Car off, it doesn't matter that much, you can charge from the high side, low side, both at the same time if you want. Default on the r-134a Robinair machine is charge...- 87chevy_com

Help with these connectors
id recommend taking a picture of what the front of the connector looks like aswell. The black one might be for the cruise control connector. it would connect to the end of the switch wiring- 87chevy_com

About to ruin one of the nicest C3500's with an Ls.. Pictures
checkout coldhose.com adapters they have a few adapters and I'm sure one of the 3 will work. If you have the oem hoses, they can probably be repurposed.. 88 gasser gauges in an 83 diesel?
double check the wiring, when i swapped 87 to 88+ to get the electric speedo, a few wires needed to be switched around. Easy to trace the wires from the printed circuit.- 87chevy_com

LS Fuel Pressure
100%, if you plug the vent up, you ultimately will starve the engine of fuel even if the tank has fuel.... it can also deform the fuel tank if the vacuum is strong enough. Buddy built a chevelle ls swap and the vacuum deformed his tank.- 87chevy_com
