More spines is typically stronger, the higher 30 spline inner axles were in the last few years so you should have them. -

As far as I know, Moog is just an aftermarket replacement parts brand. Your front axle would be a GM 10 bolt which I believe is built...

Yes. Also, my factory locking hubs are spicer branded on my '80 K25 with a 10 bolt front axle.
