Try here: Denny's Driveshaft

Going to need to measure what the thread diameter is and such, then go from there.

high or low on the center carrier bearing depends,,
You want the primary drive line as straight parallel with the trans/transfer case as possible.
ive seen um up, but the mount of the trans to cross member was shimmed to be straight.
off Roaders what them UP so they dont get hung up on Stuff..
but thats all factory stuff......
you want the front crank shaft degree straight with the end of the primary drive line center.

ok so i got a new bearing cause i damaged the other a little on disassembly. It came with a little spacer but no removable covers like the last one. No instructions for install in either. Should I just install the more open side towards the front where there is a little dust cover built into the driveshaft then that portion with the rubber grommet installed towards the back? Looks to me like dirt and grime will still get into the bearing regardless.

The bearings in the carriers are often sealed ones or have a dust shield around them in the rubber and are greased.
I think the side with the thick rubber on the second picture should look toward the transmission. Facing the driving direction more dirt and water is thrown to this side.

There seems to be a built-in little shield on the drive shaft right in front of where the bearing sits. There is nothing towards the rear. I will send a picture of it later today.
