Bought a new impact wrench, a Milwaukee M18 cordless 3/4 drive. Needed it for work Since my 3/4 drive air impact which was a cheapee from Harbor Freight finally died on me Friday. A co worker of mine witnessed it happen and went over to get his, a Milwaukee M18. Was taking off a head in a semi and it broke almost to the last head bolt removing it. Something broke inside of it and knew I got my 20 years out of it. The air one went good bye after I removed the air tool fitting, the scrap metal guy was there and told him to take it,junk. That Milwaukee, used it and was impressed buying the kit yesterday It is this one which I took it to work already https://www.milwaukeetool.com/products/2864-22

How much did you pay for the kit?
dunno what you're gonna use it for, but if its not semi truck related, you might wanna think about 1/2 in instead of 3/4

other than that it's the best power tool I've ever used! Well worth the money

I have a ton of Milwaukee tools at work. I would warn against letting the impacts hammer. They aren't like pneumatic impacts. I've burned 3-4 up trying to get stubborn bolts out. I'll get the torches out if they start hammering. Otherwise I'm super impressed with them. I only use compressed air for blasting these days..

$588.00 through whom I go through, most of my cordless tools are Milwaukee
Not much cheaper than in Europe, you can get it this kit on sale for ~650€

I have DeWalt tools since ~13 years, they work great.
As soon as you have their battery system you are trapped in this tool universe.

Only cordless tools from Milwaukee I do not have are their 3/8 and 1/4 drive ratchets which are the 14.4 Snap On. I love the trigger on the Snap On better and hate the paddle trigger on the Milwaukee. The selector too although the Snap Ons are more money. I do have the Snap On 14.4 3/8 impact, the CT861 as well. Like it equally including my M12 gen 2 3/8 stubby impact which both do get used. The CT861 fits in certain spots better. We lost our Snap On dealer 2 weeks ago, he got fired by his boss due to complaints treating customers bad. Said we are getting a new dealer hopefully next month
