    Mandrel exhaust shop

I bought a flow master builder kit when I started my project, really happy with it but it has gone up in price quite a bit since I bought it. It came with enough parts to choose several different tailpipe locations, would have fit many different wheel bases, and an H-pipe option. The only...

What new tools have you got lately?

I’ve been tempted to build something like this for my blast cabinet. Without a vac line hooked it gets so dusty to see what you’re doing. With a vac hooked up it just about kills the vacuum because the filter gets plugged immediately.

    FRONT DIFF SWAP

Keep JK, JL, and JT all have Dana 44 DS differentials (depending upon options) and a few different widths options. Not sure if the widths would work in a square. They are commonly swapped by the jeep guys for Dana 60’s and can be found on Craigslist nearly new for about 1000-1500 with the 4:10...

    PLEASE HELP!!!

Yup ^^^^ I’m not sure if they all adjust the same but the new one I put on my project can just be pushed left and right without tools. Some may have screws with slotted holes you would need to loosen up to adjust. Put the column in park -Disconnect the plug on NSS with purple/yellow wire...

    PLEASE HELP!!!

IDK…. Since your key won’t come out is the column shifted into “Park”? If the column isn’t in park the neutral switch will prevent starting and the key cylinder will keep the key from being removed. Did you bump the neutral safety switch while working on the switch? The neutral switch I am...

LMC carpet color for '87 standard cab

Another vote for ACC, I’ve installed several over the years with nothing but positive reviews. Plus, they have several options and upgrades to choose from depending upon budget

    Door Seal to big

^^^ This I was going to suggest lubing the weatherstrip (especially at the hinge side) with something. I smeared a thin layer of Vaseline on the door where it makes contact with the seal to get my doors to shut at all.

How can i separate my rotor from hub? Looks like its all one piece need help!

The last few brake jobs I had done on late model stuff it seems like factory brakes last way longer than my older vehicles. Front brakes on my square used to last like 30K or so, my wife's 2017 suburban had 112K miles when I dd the brakes last month. The rotors were still flat and not warped...

    Stuck Hood

When I started my restoration my hood hadn’t been opened since 2008. I was able to get it open a few inches and soaked the hinges in WD-40 and some ATF. After a few hours of gentle wiggling and a few more shots of oil it loosened up enough to start opening regularly.
