Yup, tolex is a fabric that Fender and other makers used to cover amplifier and guitar cases. Has a nice pattern and it's pretty durable. -

I can vouch that on my OBS one ton with 13" brakes on a 14B FF and 16" factory steelies, the space is a bit tight....as in the upper...
