I got drizzled on by a passing shower earlier this morning but it is torrential right now.

Had the Blazer out there Tuesday night and Cobra Monday and last night. Will be driving the Blazer tonight around 5.

My buddy is heading up tomorrow with his '69 Javelin - said there is a 3 hr cruise between Detroit and ??

Hoping next year I'll have something worthy of driving.

No - I wasn't out until from 6pm to 9pm, in the Grand Prix.

I did see a few red squarebodies, though.

1963 Grand Prix. I've had it ten or twelve years. Every available comfort and convenience option (including a/c, ps, pb, pw, power vent windows, power seat, Am/FM with power antenna, remote trunk release) but the base powertrain (389cu in 4bbl automatic).

It's a very comfortable cruiser.

Saw a cool Javelin last night: dark colored, done up like a Trans Am racer.

Could that have been him?

Very cool! I've always loved the '61-3 Grand Prix, Catalina's and Bonneville's

His is white with a red stripe down the middle. Has a 401 in it.

I was able to get out there Tuesday night and Thursday night. Made two passes Saturday morning, and then again Saturday afternoon - but I can't take many pictures since I am driving.
