Wiper help

I’m a newbie here and need help my 77 c20 crew cab has a bad wiper motor and have found out it’s impossible to get a replacement. My question is what do People do for a replacement.

Rebuild it.

They are all pretty much the same inside, but I would update it to the later style then rig a contact switch for the washer pump.
