What years of Chevy C/K rear bumpers are fully compatible with an ‘84 K20 ¾ Ton Longbed pickup?

Alternatively, what other makes/models/years, such as Suburbans, Vans, etc. rear bumpers may also simply bolt right onto an ‘84 Chevy K20 PU?
