Put the carrier and axles back in so I can get it down to the shop and get the new rear end in. Finally a day with only a little bit of rain so I could get it done. Didn't take but about 30 minutes.

loaded up the panels for the bed, cab corner, and rear drivers side fuel filler to be welded in by my welder. Will be dropping off tomorrow. Hopefully not longer than 2 weeks (exhaust shop that does stuff on the side). Otherwise I get to listen to the wife bitch.....well that gonna happen anyway, but I don't need more of it lol.

May have to use this one to shut her up: I got a threshold for the abuse I'll take. And you're crossing it. I'm a race car and you got me in the red. Just know, it's ******' dangerous to be drivin' a race car when it's in the red. It could blow.

Name that tune.....

Took the 87 on a road trip, stopped in lower Alabama to see my mom, went out to the old family cemetery/farm, then headed down to Seagrove beach, just west of Panama City Beach. Put about 900 miles on it from Thursday to today. No issues whatsoever with it. Even got it over 95mph a few times, thanks to overdrive and 3.08 gears lol

Sounds like that tune would be sung to:

"OK Mr Race Car, go park your ass out in the garage and sleep with the dog" LOL:smoke2:

Slowly but surely!

Anyway, anybody know why my truck would be "pulsating" at idle. . . it's in rough condition at the moment for just starting it, trying to sort it out.

Did you check the oil? Try tightening the TBI mounting bolts? Intake bolts?
Does it hold coolant lol?

Jimmy slowly coming along. I should be working on getting it to run better (timing, radiator) but instead i threw some AC stuff on. was just so excited!

Mini square (S10) today. Have had super dim dash lights in the mini since i got it, never knew really why until @bucket suggested a burned out dimmer switch. BTW after swapping gauge clusters it didnt change. So i ordered another dimmer from rock auto and popped it in today. Heres the results before n after. Thanks andy!:happy160: $10 fix! :rockit:

I raised the door pocket to be even with the arm rest (just personal preference) and can easily be moved back to factory position.
