What’s the best polish for the bumpers and mirrors

I do that, the wiper blades and then clean with Rain-X glass cleaner. Traditional Rain-X, I've never had good luck with

I've used all three at various times over the years. I just stick to the washer fluid because it seems to do the most for the smallest amount of effort.

I’ll have to try the rain x washer juice again. I don’t recall it being very effective although it may have been diluted with regular blue juice.
Never tried the wipers.
I just use the actual rain x. If I apply it properly it seems to last about a week in our (almost constant) rain. Most of the time I turn on the wipers, give a couple squirts each side usually while it’s raining. That lasts a few days.
I drive 2-3 hours in rainy traffic daily and have grown to dislike the constant wipers back n forth. Rather look through beaded water on the windshield than the constant back n forth and adjusting wiper speed all the time.
Never used the stuff before moving to rainy western Washington. Except on my old square body snowplow Blazer way back when, when the wiper motor died. Circa early 90s.
