Specifically dash pads and carpet kits.
Seem like they're on the order of 25-30% cheaper than say LMC.
Any experience with them?

And more specifically, LMC states "foam backed vinyl", but then "painted" black vinyl to match color. $400
The rest, even Ecklers says form backed urethane, OE texture and feel, etc. $440
Summit, CJ pony parts, Truck Shop $309-369 all foam backed urethane.

Anyone have any real world comparisons?
Not building a show truck, but will spend more $ if the cheap once look....cheap.

I'd also be interested in hearing about peoples experience with carpets. Currently looking.

If you want quality parts Cheyenne pickup parts or usa1 are the only options for stock stuff on dashes an door panels.

I've installed/sold the urethane ones, they are ok for a driver but since they lack the metal structure underneath they don't fit as nice a factory type metal backed one.

Dang near all aftermarket or restoration carpet is made by ACC regardless of the name on it or who sells it. They have spent the last several years buying up all the competition. Look for the best deal you can find on ACC an you'll be fine with it.

I bought my carpet (loop) and dash (foam backed vinyl) at classic parts. Great quality stuff. Dash pad was ~380$.

Exactly, I've looked at several companies and eventually you will find that ACC makes the floor/door carpet.
Rockauto has the best price I've found. I've used them for my r10 and k5.
