Are all K10 transmission tunnels bolted in? I have watched a number of videos for replacing floor pans on these trucks but I do not remember seeing a bolt-in transmission tunnel.

It might have mattered what factory the truck was built at, but yeah, somewhere in the '83-'84 range the bolts went away.

I think it depends on if they were 4x4 and what transmission was in the truck. My 78 K10 with a stick has a bolt in tunnel.

My '83 K5 had a bolt-in hump. It was 4x4 and an automatic. A good friend had an '84 K10 that was a manual, but for the life of me can't remember if it was bolt-in or not. I would guess not.

Ok thanks. My 89 crew cab had the one piece, but I cut it out stripping the hulk. Never can have too many square body crew cab tranny humps...
