Transmission Crossmember?

1981 C10 Longbed

I'm changing out my TH350 transmission to a 700R4.

What do I need to be aware of with this swap? I figure the crossmember would be different, does someone offer a modified one for purchase?

I also figure I'll have to modify the driveshaft?

I did that swap on a vehicle years ago and it was remove and replace. Nothing changed. As long as both tailhousings are for 2wd, I don't think anything changes.
