Putting an 8 inch suspension lift and a 1 inch body lift on my k10, going to have 39.5 super swampers. Would I need to run traction bars or should I be safe without em?

Safe? You’ll be fine with or without. If you must Off Road Design offers a single traction bar kit that works really well. (if you want to retain suspension articulation use a single bar inward towards the middle)
