Nope, don't need one half that size, I just wanted one I could put a crank in and swing a connecting rod, or cut open a converter., plus I couldn't beat the price, lol..

Well, it was only about 5 miles away, but yeah still would have been a good chunk of change to deliver..

Damn, that's a real nice puller kit hanging on the wall. Snap-On too. That's more than a couple hundred bucks I'm sure.

Mine is in a drawer in the molded case, I don't have the wall hangy thingy but it's the same set up.

I've got a drawer for my balancer and steering wheel pullers and a bigger drawer for the 2 and 3 legged pullers. They take up alot of space. The wall hangy thingy might be a good idea.

I'm sure noone remembers my old set up. I outgrew it long ago. I was hoping someday to get nice boxes. Now I'd really prefer to spend my cash on the trucks than spend $800-$1200 on a completely new set up. With some FREE CASH points from Sears and a sale, I kinda stole some stuff this week. I got to thinking, one thing I don't like about the nice boxes is, the drawers are so damn deep, I'd end up with wasted space. So I just added on to what I already had and likely going to just have to work for the rest of my life. I added ball bearing roller cabinet and middle chest. Then took the chest off my tall roller cabinet so it matches the other roller. I could have got another top chest too, but I think I like the desk area in the middle for setting things like battery charger, Snapress and the things that won't fit in drawers. I do still have the Jobox too for the power tools and bigger tools like levels and board squares and such. It not as pretty as some of the trains in here, but it's still a train nonetheless.

My handicapped buddy claims to be a diesel mechanic though he doesn't have many tools claiming they've all been stolen. At any rate, he knows tools and knows the importance of having a set up that can be used. I was telling him I need more space for my tools. He tried telling me I was full of ****. I went and unlocked the 2 towers I had, I told him, go head open a few drawers and take a look. He quickly agreed I need to add on or a bigger set up. Then I told him, now let me to go to storage and get the **** that don't even fit. He was off my ass pretty quick. Here's a sample of what he saw. Also what I mean by deep drawers causing wasted space. I like **** laid out, not piled up to where I have to go digging for it.

both the black ones are mine and the red one was my fathers and yes i know i need to clean up my area i just have been busy with school and work. Plus the garage is not heated and with it being cold i dont feel like freezing my ass off. now the workbench (workbench is craftsman best deal at the time) has a husky toolbox they were not a set the red craftsman box is a set and the little black one was my very first box and i still use it more often than not. the red box is from the 90s. the black small box is from 2015 and the bench is 2017 but the box on top of the bench is 2016 I also got a workbench from the 70s at my grandma's that i use to fix every thing there i will try to get a pic of the bench it is a Kennedy (grandfathers box until he passed then it was my father until he passed now it is mine.) all the boxs are mostly filled with old usa made tools or craftsman/husky and except the Kennedy and red box they are mostly old snap-on tool.

I also just got this box at work and to my surprise i like it the paint seems to be rugged. even with my grinder wheel holders i made the box still closes and locks i like it and got it for a steal with the company discount and as a added bonus it has the city i live near. lol (i know Milwaukee is a power tool brand) (about a month and a half of having it.)

Those are some nice boxes. So is your dad's box now yours or do you have other siblings to split it with? I was a commercial drywaller, so was my bro. When my bro died all I wanted was his 5 gallon bucket of drywall hanging tools and his hard hat. That's what him and I had in common and that's what I wanted. Everyone else fought over his CD's, leather coats, fancy shoes, and all his personal affects. Your dad's tools will mean everything to you. Whenever I'm doing drywall now days, which isn't very often at all, but when I'm doing a little work for someone I make it a point to use his tools instead of mine. Kinda makes me feel like he's there with me doing a job like we used to do.
