So while working on my rear breaks i pulled the drum and noticed the in and out play. Is this too much play? Should i be worried? Sorry that the video is so short but i got a phone with a full memory.

A little bit is common, but that's a bit excessive.

x2 that's a lot of play. get it figured out, it's axle, the spider gear, or the c-clip. or it could be a combination of all three. highdesertranger

I had to shave off a tiny bit from the axle to swap it in to the 10 bolt. Maybe i took too much?

Could be. If you took off too much, the shaft might slide in far enough to lose the c-clip.
