Anybody know the part number for this tiny bulb in the tailights...I have 168s and 2825s there's different kinds that will fit...Wich ones correct?

194. 168's are usually in the cluster.
Although I did a google search and posted 168, both come up when searching “1987 Chevy truck side marker light bulb” my first instinct was 194 as that what VWs use in the MK2 side makers

I still never figured out exactly what the difference is. I always just stock 194's.

Heck I just put 2825 in there ... seems to work ok ....next time ill do 168

I've always just used 194's. Seem to be easy to find at least around here.

"194" They are hotter I believe and when using your park and running lights a lot will "heat" breakdown the plastic
lens, to an obvious burnt orange colour. Spend a buck and run "194" Red and Amber Leds (they are bright and
definitely run cooler for many Moons)
