I hate to see a 74 switched to the 81+ front end. I KNOW people have asked about a dash swap on these to the 01+ style.
So I guess this answers some questions. So without further ado... for your consideration.

I’m interested to watch and see if it actually sells. The steering column and dash together irritate me.
But some people I’m sure don’t care.
I just don’t get the point of a classic if you go this far out of the realm.

Don't know where that dash came from but is surely not 74 or 81. Looks foreign to me or even a lot newer than the 81.

It’s the 01+ Silverado/ Tahoe/ suburban dash.

I'll just say they did a lot of work.
The front clip swap ruined it for me.
Round eyes are getting harder to find in good condition.

No denying at all someone did a crap ton of work on it, but holy crap, why ruin a nice truck....

Why in the hell would you do a front end swap with that gorgeous/mean looking '74 front end for an 81? Stupid. That interior....ugghh, nevermind. Maybe the guy thinks it is super cool and that is all that honestly matters. To me it is a waste of a good square body.

Not worth $9k in my opinion. It's not even cleaned up
