Can anyone tell me if the 2 green wires go in the front and the blue with black stripe goes in the back of the TCC vacuum switch plug?

Discovered tonight these were loose - I suspect this is correct but do not know.

Loose means like hanging out of the back of the connector...

Pic taken from drivers side looking towards the power booster.

1980 Suburban, 350, 350 THC tranny.

Turns out that the way I had them plugged in last night worked as I had TCC on the way in to work.

Yay !
