Strobe hazards

I was wondering if anyone knew how do make my hazards strobe, ive seen it on a few at the racetrack i go to and its awsome but im not sure how to do it

The hazard relay. Get one with different resistance. One for led lights shoukd work but I'm sure someone market's a quick flash relay
