steering column repaired, NOW more problems

I took apart my column to tighten those infamous torque screws that come loose. Glad i did but turns out that was only half the problem. More tightening needed at lower column area, at a later time. After putting it all back together, I have no power whatsoever when the key is turned to ACC. The ignition cylinder also has no recoil/tension in the crank position. The shift lever also stays locked. What did i do wrong?


The mechanism from sector to neutral position is exactly how i have mine.

358 Dart block with aluminum heads 430hp/450ft-lb torque
If I remember right it will be related to that "ignition switch actuator rack." Something in there was a @&$*^. Sorry I can't remember the details. That spring I think.

All is good now, the "wedge" metal piece in front of the actuator rod was not aligned correctly at first.
