To restore oxidation on adonized aluminum. First muriatic acid, small areas at a time. Leave on for 5-10 seconds, wipe off. Rinse. Second: Mothers aluminum polish with polishing, cotton, wheel ( 3in. 46 ply spiral sewn).

Looks good. I've used the Mother's polish many times.
Never tried the acid trick. I'll have to test.

One question I got that maybe you can answer. How do you maintain the shine over time? polished aluminum dulls pretty fast.
