Smooth Tailgate

I would like to use a smooth tailgate on my 84. I could weld a flat piece of sheet metal across the back and flip the handle to the inside. Do any of you know if there is a manufacturer who makes this style tailgate? The one I have has a few dents along the top I will have to fix as well. I can do the work just trying to save some time if possible and get one already or close to finished.
