My k20 had those same hubcaps. The fronts had the hole for the hub lock.

Thank you and the actual CB is gone but I bought a used semi period correct Midland for it but everything else is there.

That's awesome, I've seen a few with my color combo reversed online, I'm sorting out all the mechanical stuff from sitting still, but it's getting there.
