seat foam for high Back Buckets?

Does anyone know where I can find replacement seat foam for these high back buckets.
not sure what year truck they came out of, They might even have come form a K5 blazer

I don't think anyone offers the foam. The back piece is molded around the seat frame.

'78-'84 pick up and K5. Maybe '85 too, I can't remember.
