Thanks guys, here is some more pics. This is real time consuming, pain in the ass work. And I ran out of screws and I broke my last Phillips bit for my impact driver so I had to stop.

New pic. You can see the salt already on the new panels.

I hope that rust converter holds up and the new primer.

And here you can see where the new inner piece of metal wraps around to meet the inside of the outer fender. I ran out of screws and phillips bits so I couldn't finish tacking it in, but I will get to it and whatever joints or small gaps are left will be caulked with a sealer or bondo'd, then painted and eventually a thick layer of undercoating to keep the damn water out of it....

Also in that last pic you can see I still have to close up the hole that runs up and around the middle of the wheel well. I'll be getting some more metal to fix that and post it.
