I replaced the rear leaf spring bushings awhile back. 
Here are some pics of the job. I still need to do the front rear spring bushings. That looks like a difficult job to do with the springs still on the truck. I replaced the stock shackles with ORD and their greaseable bushings. On the spring eye I used Energy Suspension poly. I think the old bushings were OEM.
