Rear cross member bowed?

Probably a silly question but is my rear crossmember suppose to have this bow in it? I ask because I see no impact marks and its pretty well centered and uniformed.

Mine isn’t. Maybe someone was trying to make room for a spare.

Reckon somebody used that to pull with and bent it.
