Are all the radiator flush kits the same? Are there brands to stay away from?

Ok just googled black pepper in radiator and its for radiators with leaks small or big. My radiator isnt leaking its using coolant from the coolant overflow tank. Dont when or if the radiator was ever flushed or just the coolant was changed out.
