Don't get rid of anything that you may need at a later date. I made the mistake to get rid of stuff off my truck I thought I wasn't going to need. Put it up, I'll guarantee you you'll want it at some time in the future then you'll wish you hadn't gotten rid of that stuff.

I replaced my interior when I restored my k5. This included the door pulls.
I had the original ones but they were worn.
I have now been waiting 10+ months for USA1INDUSTRIES to send my new ones. So glad I kept the originals.
I have been using them for the 4 months.

I've only gotten rid of the stuff I know I won't need - the parts that have been replaced. I only have a few pieces left but the pull straps are not going back in the truck - it's not a resto and I really don't like the looks of them.
