Pinion shim help

I need to achieve the pinion depth depth of 2.751 from center bearing to the face of pinion . I’m currently at 2.733 do I need to add or remove shims ? If so does anyone know how much ? Thank you in advance

Remove .018 worth of shim

If this is the 12 bolt from your other thread start at a .030 shim.
According to Yukon instructions that's the nominal size. I've only set up 4 gearsets but might be able to help
