Paint Codes.

I am trying to determine what colour my truck is as I need some paintwork undertaking but I can from the attached service sticker determine what they are. Can someone help please? Thanks.

Look for the SPID sticker. Usually located in the glove box. Could also be other places like behind the cluster or on a inner fender in the engine bay I believe.

Looks like this and says your exact paint code right on it. Unless of course the truck has been repainted. My paint code is on the bottom right list. “21 Light Blue Metallic”

Your color sorta looks like my trucks color, which is 53L - 53 Yuba Gold

As previously said, look for the SPID label either in the glovebox or on the fender in the engine bay. Here is the vehicle information kit that shows all the options available for your truck in 1975.

Was it that same color before the re-paint? I don't see a '76 color that looks like that from a quick look at a couple paint code charts. Have you compared to the available colors that year? Inside of doors painted is sometimes a clue that the color was changed.

Now that I look at this again it’s definitely been repainted. There is paint on the sticker in the picture. Take the gas flap off and take it to a auto paint store like Wesco or something. They will be able to put their camera on it and match the color.
