Finally. Got around to installing this ORD kit. Install was a snap. Fit like a glove. Easy peasy.

Stand by for ride quality and off road performance review.

Looks great! I ended up flipping the L "hold bracket" upwards for a little more space when disconnected, but thats probably not needed for higher lifts.

I installed that on my K30 and my previous truck, '79 K15. Both had Tuff Country front springs; the K30 has 3" HD's and the K15 4" EZ Rides. It's hard to tell the ride difference on the K30 I believe due to the HD springs. The K15 was the best riding Square body I've owned.

I believe the the end links help the ride of the truck. I always thought it was odd that GM would lock in the position of the sway bar. Granted on a stock truck the front end doesn't move too much. With a lift, I'm sure the sway bars and springs are moving in different arcs. This gets rid of the bind.

Someone stole my K20 and left a much smoother riding square in its place! Ok seriously, I left the swaybar disconnected for the distant future and there's a noticable improvement in ride quality on the street. Actually, I'm quite surprised how much better it rides. Thinking about leaving it disconnected unless I plan to haul something substantial, which is rare.
