Hey Roughneck. Beautiful truck, I'm in Kingsburg. Lowered my 77 with 2.5" drop spindles and 2" coils. Axle flip out back. How did you lower yours and still fit what look like 8" wheels up front? The drop spindles have created backspace issues for me.

I lived in Kingsburg for 5 years of mariposa. Yes they are 8 in the front with a custom offset. I still had to trim the tie rod end boss on the mcgaughy spindle.

No kidding. I grew up on 10th ave. So in doing the research I found that I can fit a 4" backspace in front by using a 1/4" spacer and I won't have to modify the spindle. Gonna use 10" steelies on the back with a 4.5 backspace. Thanks for the response, maybe we can meet up some time.
