Hey guys, just recently came across this site. I like what I see and thought I would join. A lil about my truck, its a 78 Chevy c30 Dually. It's a single cab with about a 4-6 drop on it. Matte white. Looking to get to know you guys and learn more. And yes I will be replacing that front bumper eventually haha

Nice truck! I see you have a newer front clip. I not 100% certain, but I think the front frame horns are different on the 81-87s. You might have to do some mods to get the correct bumper on, I think. I've always wanted to have a single cab dually myself. Dually's are BadAss!

Thanks guys I appreciate the welcomes. Well the front bumper is actually bent due to a collision previously. I'm just not been able to find a straight one. And yes I love square body duallies and have been searching for the last 5 years for a single cab one that was in good shape and finally my friend decided to sell his and I scooped it up as fast as possible lol. Next month I plan on swapping the current motor for a 355 vortec motor and then swap the th400 for a built 700 so I can have overdrive. Going to fab new rear shock mounts and then do the front alignment and then get shorter tires to lower it a lil bit more. Than a cowl hood (of course lol) and going to get it repainted. I cant decide between a satin black and to murder it out or like a grabber blue. What do you guys think?
