If you email (whatever the generic contact one is), eventually they will respond. When all this started they were still answering the phone and Capt Douchbag answered. The new-nice-normal guy called me the only times I made progress. Doubtful this is standard - I think it was coronahoax-warm body shortages, it was several weeks old and the fact they lost my return.
