Hi
I live in south western Oregon, just sold a '67 C10 and bought an '81 C 10 short wide. I had to replace the clutch immediately, replace idler arm and steering box, plus all the motor mounts, now it runs fine. Projects coming up is a paint job, nothing fancy, just get it covered and serviceable. Got it because it was reasonable straight and very little rust, plus no one had cobbled it up. It has the L6 250 and 3 speed tranny. More later.

Welcome to GMSB Bob. We've got many here interested in the I6's and 3 speeders.

As a matter of fact I lied about my trip to PAP yesterday. There was another truck in there on the other side I forgot to count. It had a manual steer box, but it was looser than a 2 bit hoe, so I didn't get it. Funds to tight anyway. It also had a 3 speed, bellhousing and clutch pedals with it but the motor was gone. I'da grabbed that clutch pedal set up, bell housing and even the trans if cash wasn't a damn issue.
