Ok. I'm not new to the trucks but I am to the forum. I recently acquired a 77 1/2 ton Silverado was a 454 a.c. power window and lock truck with too f44. The truck is extremely rough. As in here are the salvageable parts. Gravel pan, grill and surround, hood, tailgate, cab is repairable with inner and outer rockers and at least one cab corner interior is fair, front bumper is decent. Emblems and the molding around the back of the cab is good most side molding is M.I.A. until the guy I'm getting it from pulls the motor and trans it runs and drives ( off a gas can under the hood, tanks are shot) all the electrical works and not shot. Question is do I try and find used parts and piece it back together or pull the usable stuff and get rid of the rest.
