Need some advice on doing a serpentine swap from a 89 Suburban. Were trying to figure out how to mount the power steering pump without using the black plate that connects it to the manifolds. We have already swapped to headers with Stage 8 locking bolts so we really dont want to have to change it now. If anyone knows of a custom bracket or some kind of modification I can do to keep the header bolts please reply.

I preformed this swap but still have standard exhaust manifolds .
Depending on the size of the header tube, have you tried to notch the bracket? Open the hole a little?

Edit:

I also used the thermostat housing and upper radiator hose from a GMT400 (eg 89 chevy 5.7)
It helps with clearance over the fan shroud.
